TICKET & EVENT POLICIES

All Tickets are non-refundable

The Scarsdale Music Festival is Rain or Shine

Must be 21 and older to enter the Grand Tasting Tent, and Spirits Tent & Beer Garden

No children or pets are allowed into designated 21+ areas (Grand Tasting Tent, Spirits Tent & Beer Garden)

Alcohol cannot be consumed or removed outside of the 21+ areas. Alcohol tickets will be available for purchase on-site. Grand Tasting tickets will also be available for pre-purchase and available on-site

Only one tasting glass or beverage per person at one time

All participants must be wearing an approved wrist band for entry into the Grand Tasting Tent (received day of at designated event registration locations)

Grand Tasting Tent capacity is 300 people. If the tent is at capacity, there may be slight wait times to enter the tent area. This also applies to the Spirits Tent & Beer Garden

All New York State CDC Covid-19 active policies will be in effect

EVENT MAP
ZERO-WASTE EVENT
The SBA is also thrilled to announce its continued partnership with the Scarsdale Conservation Advisory Council (CAC) to make the Scarsdale Music Festival a zero-waste event. Meals and snacks from food vendors will be served on compostable (made from plants) or recyclable serveware. The CAC will be providing bin stations with recycling and compost bins to keep any waste out of the trash. The goal is to have little to no trash from the event! Volunteers from the CAC and the community will be on hand at the bin stations to help and answer any questions. Scarsdale was the first municipality in Westchester County to launch a food scrap recycling program and the SBA is proud to support this community-wide effort by making SMF a zero-waste event! There will be food scrap recycling kits for sale for residents interested in joining the program!
