ABOUT THE EVENT

The Scarsdale Music Festival (SMF), presented by Morgan Stanley, is an exceptional, family-friendly community event that will bring together people of all ages to celebrate their love of music, food, and community.
This year’s incredible lineup includes ten bands from Scarsdale and the greater Tri-State area that will be performing on two main stages throughout the day, presented by Advocate Brokerage Corp. with Pure, Houlihan Lawrence and Pepe Auto Group.
Restaurants in the downtown area will open their doors, and a variety of food trucks and other food vendors will line the streets.
The Grand Tasting Tent, presented by ZACHYS, will feature a selection of fine wines from around the world, spirit cocktails, and brews. In addition, attendees 21+ can also purchase wine and beer by the glass.
This year’s expanded Family Fun Zone, presented by Scarsdale Moms, will include balloon artists, face painters, arts and crafts, games, DIY and other activities, musical demonstrations, and much more!

SPIRIT OF GIVING
The Scarsdale Music Festival will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Center for Cancer Care at White Plains Hospital. Our donation will help fund their mission to provide third-party transportation for better access to appointments and provide specialized staff as "screening navigators" to assist in understanding the cancer treatment process.

EVENT POLICIES
EVENT LOCATION: Scarsdale Village Center (Boniface Circle, Chase Road, Harwood Court, Spencer Place).
FREE PARKING is available in the Freightway Garage and adjacent outdoor parking lot (72 Freightway) as well as the lower two levels of the Christie Place Garage (64 East Parkway).

All Tickets and Wristbands are non-refundable.

The Scarsdale Music Festival is rain or shine.

SMF is a free community event, with a suggested minimum donation of $10 per adult.

Kids’ wristbands are available for purchase and are required to participate in most Family Fun Zone activities. Music demonstrations, select activities and giveaways from SBA community partners, and Police, Fire, and Ambulance tours will not require a wristband.

By purchasing a Family Fun Zone wristband, you agree to the SMF waiver of liability (view under ticket details).

Attendees must be 21+ in order to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.

21+ wristbands will be placed on attendees after ID check, with randomized ID checks throughout the event venue.

Attendees must show a designated wristband for entry into the Grand Tasting Tent. Children may accompany a parent/guardian.

If the Grand Tasting Tent is at capacity, there may be slight wait times to enter.

New for 2023 - Attendees may consume alcoholic beverages throughout the event venue. Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed or removed from the event boundary. While the SMF is a family-friendly event geared to people of all ages, It is recommended that festival attendees under 21 be accompanied by a guest over 21.

PICK A PRIZE RAFFLE
The Scarsdale Music Festival has expanded its raffle for 2023. In addition to fan-favorite guitars from Rudy’s Music, this year’s raffle prizes include gift cards for shopping and dining, certificates redeemable for health, beauty and wellness services, as well as select tangible items.

*Pick a Prize Raffle tickets may be purchased in advance or on-site individually for $10 or packages of six for $50. Attendees can redeem their tickets on June 3rd at the raffle tent on Boniface Circle, and can choose which raffle prize(s) they want to enter into the draw for and how many of their tickets they want to put towards each prize. If an attendee does not wish to participate in “picking their prize,” or if tickets are not redeemed after purchase, they will automatically be entered to win a guitar from Rudy’s Music. Winners will be contacted via text message at 6:45 pm on June 3rd to claim their items at the Raffle Tent. In the event the winner is not available to pick up in person, they will be contacted on Monday, June 5th, with further instructions to claim their items.

ZERO-WASTE EVENT
The SBA is also thrilled to announce its continued partnership with the Scarsdale Conservation Advisory Council (CAC) to make the Scarsdale Music Festival a zero-waste event. Meals and snacks from food vendors will be served on compostable (made from plants) or recyclable serveware. The CAC will be providing bin stations with recycling and compost bins to keep any waste out of the trash. The goal is to have little to no trash from the event! Volunteers from the CAC and the community will be on hand at the bin stations to help and answer any questions. Scarsdale was the first municipality in Westchester County to launch a food scrap recycling program and the SBA is proud to support this community-wide effort by making SMF a zero-waste event! There will be food scrap recycling kits for sale for residents interested in joining the program!
